Fertilization

Professional blend, balanced analysis including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in a slow release form. Our fertilizers will give you a rich, green, dense lawn of which you will be proud. We also blow the granules off all hardscapes.

Weed Control

We blanket apply broadleaf weed control during our early summer and fall applications. We spot treat during our late summer application. We will also respray at no charge if your weeds are not controlled in 14 days.

Crabgrass Control

We control crabgrass with our spring application of crabgrass pre-emergent. This application is not applied too early so that the lawn is protected when it is most important.

Insect Control

Surface feeding insects are controlled with our late with summer application. This application must be watered to activate the insect control. Grub control can be added to our early summer application at an additional charge. This is a prevention control to ensure season-long grub control. If you choose not to take a preventative measure and your lawn does get grubs, we can apply a contact grub control.

Disease Control

Typically, diseases can be controlled by management practices that we will inform you of if a disease affects your lawn. Depending on the particular disease and its severity, a fungicide application may be advised.

Core Aeration

Aeration is the removal of small cores of soil to allow air, moisture, and fertilizer down to the root zone. This helps control thatch, helps open compacted soils such as hard clay, decreases the possibility of insect and disease problems, and provides a lodging place for seed when overseeding.

Slit Seeding

Slit seeding is a process that slices the soil and drops seed directly into the soil. It does not disturb existing grass plants and does not require total lawn renovation.
